About
I graduated In international culinary arts, advanced culinary arts and professional kitchen management. I am from Cebu in the Philippines and have lived in the UK since 2020. While in the Philippines I learned many traditional dishes had have created many of my own. I am so pleased to bring these creations to Exeter Guildhall and share them with all of you. Come and try!
